New Hall and Policy Updates

 

Dear ZBC customers,

The cat is out of the bag! It has been 8 years since we first opened our doors in 2018, and we are thrilled to announce that we are building a new 6 court hall and construction has officially started! 🏸🏗️

As we expand and prepare to open our new premium facility, we are updating some of our policies. These changes intend to provide a fair, transparent, and consistent framework for memberships and court bookings across ZBC in both our existing facility (Hall A) and our future facility (Hall B).

The changes to ZBC policies outlined below will take effect on 1st September 2027.

 

Here is a summary of the key updates:

🕒 Updated Peak & Off-Peak Hours

• Peak Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. | Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• Off-Peak Hours: All other operating hours.

 

👥 Group Membership Types & Annual Fees

We have streamlined our Group memberships - there will be only two group membership types.

• Group I: No minimum junior-member requirement

• Group II: Requires 25 or more active junior members

(Note: ZBC reserves the right to verify eligibility via ID, attendance records, or active player lists at its discretion).

Group Membership annual fee: $300 / year

 

💸 Updated Court Hire Fees (Per Hour)

To ensure clarity across both halls, we have established distinct pricing for our current hall and the upcoming premium courts.

Hall A (Current Facility):

• Junior: $20 (Peak Hours) | $10 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Senior: $25 (Peak Hours) | $17 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Group I: $20 (Peak Hours) | $17 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Group II: $20 (Peak Hours) | $10 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Casual: $40 (Peak Hours) | $30 (Off-Peak Hours)

 

Hall B (Future Premium Courts):

• Junior: $30 (Peak Hours) | $20 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Senior: $30 (Peak Hours) | $20 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Group I: $25 (Peak Hours) | $20 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Group II: $25 (Peak Hours) | $20 (Off-Peak Hours)

• Casual: $50 (Peak Hours) | $40 (Off-Peak Hours)

 

N.B. Any policy updates relating to the new hall will take effect upon completion of the construction of the new facility.
